Reminds me of a sign I saw when I was in Albany. It was a sign pasted on a bus shelter that said: "THIS IS NOT A BUS STOP UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED". Needless to say, it was under construction.
hahahah, legendary! Some of the signs that people are forced to put up are hilarious (though also, in a way, rather sad)
